AnexGATE provide failover on Secure SSL VPN Link when the primary MPLS link fails. This is required to provide uninterrupted connectivity between the HO (Head Office ) and BO ( Branch Office ). When the MPLS link comes up again, the status quo is restored.
By default, AnexGATE gives higher precedence to Static Routes over VPN Routes.. If the MPLS Link fails, the traffic is automatically sift to Secure SSL VPN link . And , when a MPLS Link is comes up again , AnexGATE gives first preference to the MPLS link Static routes, In other word , Traffic will fallback to MPLS link without users intervention. Hence, AnexGATE ’s default behavior favors this deployment and no additional configuration is required.
